New 15hp EFI Pro Kicker w/verado and tiebar

    Don,

Will the 12amp alternator on the new 15efi be enough to keep up with the verado power steering load in a tiebar application?

    Thanks, Bryan.

Pretty close to a toss, IMHO. A lot depends on which speed the pump is running.

The 15 pro kickers have always been 12 amp. I have run this for higher speed trolling all day with no issues with the 2nd battery isolator system.
