Hitting the gym like im suppose to, even running a little. I feel better, and am enjoying the gym and doing everything right as far as the gym goes. I just cant kick the bad food habits! Im thinking about joining weight watchers just so I have something to hold me accountable. I have lost a little weight just doing what im doing but im not satisfied. Isnt the gym usually the tougher part ?

How long have you been going? It'll take a little time to see results. You'll definitely feel better though.
