In highschool, a friend did it to a man wearing a hat. Bruce in giant letters. Lol.
Back in my younger days, I used to run with a guy who was a real joker. He'd be in a restaurant and see some guy with a name tag on his uniform. He would sit a couple tables away and when he'd pretend to take a drink from his glass he would say the other guy's name, "Phil"! "Phil"!....get the guy to looking around, then a few minutes later he'd do it again. He would use the glass to throw his voice so "Phil" (or whoever) couldn't tell where it was coming from. We would all be cracking up. Every now and then the guy would figure out who was doing it but Scot was enough of a badass himself to never get into too much trouble.
