    I think a lot of the "rants" are caused by local mgrs/sales people that have no clue of policies or operations that should be consistent within the corp.

    Not a problem with me waiting for the gun..couls have had it quicker by going to BPS, but hey..they lost the sale, I got my gun, someone else got my business. No loss to me, just a loss of a good sale for them.

    Actually they didn't lose a "good" sale they lost a margin killer sale. Your sale would have looked good on the "daily" sales report but may have cost the GM his or her bonus due to losing money on the sale.
