    High 5 RPM on different engines

    What are your best guesses as to the performance differences of a 25p high five prop on different motors. It is currently on a boat with a 250 optimax pro turning 5800rpm. I have a similar boat with a 300 verado. My main question is will the 50 extra horse power on a four stroke turn that prop at any more RPM? Any other thoughts are also welcome.

    With the same boat/load, yes. More hp=more rpms, assuming everything else is the same.

    There is now way to accurately guess the RPM change.
