Do these work? Having trouble with mine. Can't operate with my foot. Need to bend over and use finger.....frustrating. seems to have a sweet spot that makes it go.

No problems with mine. Might move em just a bit where the ball of your foot hits center.

Something not right.
Remove the three screws, separate the top retainer ring, and pull the rubber cap. There are 4 little plastic caps that sit on top of each tiny switch. Ensure they are all facing the correct directions then reassemble rubber cap and retainer ring.
While your in there pull the board out and look for any corrosion. You can replace the battery too if you want.
I had a switch go bad from corrosion, new one was on my door step within 48 hours.
Operation:
Don't by shy, it takes a little pressure (not saying to stomp on them)
Double tap is auto down/up
