another one for all braid on my spinning with the flouro leader. Once you figure out the knots for tying the leaders, I believe you'll never go back. Super quick and easy. Plus it increases sensitivity so much over straight flouro, used it for quite a while and it's not a contest in my book for sensitivity.

I only use Stren 20# mono , on every reel owned for years, and tie to lure straight. Cost of actual going to lake, camp ground fee , and supplies etc.. If I hook a Fish its coming to da Boat! even tho' I toss em Back

Only use it (6lb invisix) on my spybait/Ned outfit. Next time it flies off the spool I’ll be swapping for braid and a 20-30’ leader of Fluoro. May do it sooner if I get bored

Sulfix 832 brain to uni to uni knot to FC sniper for pretty much every rig. Especially drop shot. Never had a problem.

I have found that if you flip your bail by hand you will decrease the amount of line twist.

Straight floourcarbon for me as well, don’t need no braid with a order crap.

6# Tatsu or 8# Sniper. Close the bail by hand, spray some KVD line and lure on and don’t be stupid

    Flurocarbon

I use straight fluro as much as possiblebecause I don't want another place of potential failure. I do use braid to fluro on heavier setups as the fluro in larger sizes occasionally kinks if you run straight. I just change out the leader fairly frequently.

First time I used Fluorocarbon, it was 10 lb test on a baitcaster. I knew right away that I didn't want to use even 8 lb FC on a spinning reel. I might try 6 lb Tatsu on one, but only because I already have it on a Curado, and I'm not sure I will leave it on there. May as well try it on a spinning reel, I'm thinking. It's the most supple of all the FC lines, I do believe that. If I was buying FC for a spinning reel, that would be the one.

Please don't let Spiderwire be your only reference for braid. I found it to be the worst on the market IMO. Give PowerPro a try one time and see if your opinion of braid doesn't change.

It is PowerPro to InvisX leader for me. I change the leader every tournament but keep the braid until the next season.
