    jackplate help

What size jackplate are you running on your V20. Reason I ask is I just noticed that mine has a 12” manual slide master now & I bought a 10” atlas. Thought the slide master was 10”. I bought the boat back in November & only had it out twice before the snow started flying so I don’t have much experience in its performance as it is. Will it hurt the performance with a 10” versus a 12” plate? Also I run the great Lakes quite a bit and am not sure if one is better than the other. What would you do? Use it or send it back for the 12”. If they’ll take it that is. The boat is a 2016 V20 with a SHO on it. Thanks for the help.

If it was mine I would try to exchange for the 12. If they do not try the 10, if performance doesn’t seem right you can add 2” spacers
