Agree. Try to get the credit card statements.
Tell the judge she bit you and has rabies, maybe the court will put her down. lol
I'd do Uruguay in a New York minute, that is My Plan A if I survive SWMBO.. My thinking is that I have to head somewhere where 'Oldsters' are appreciated, maybe Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia I can't imagine how FUBAR 'Affordable Healthcare' will be when I go for the 4th and 5th opinions on proctology exams..

I have a friend going thru a very nasty divorce right now. I always thought I may meet another girl and eventually get married. I lost my first wife in a car wreck years ago and almost made a huge mistake years later by almost getting married to a girl who just wanted to be married. I've told my friend several times I hate he's having to go thru it but they sure cured me from ever wanting to get married again. If you ever hear of me getting married you can dang sure bet you can actually see her angel wings and halo.
It is possible that she puts everything each month on credit card and pays in full each month to get the points. If your disciplined it can add up to nice perks.
35000-60000 southwest points is a pair of round trip tickets if your dates are flexible
Don't know, but my guess is there are a LOT fewer marriages these days.
Single parenthood is socially glorified, and government supported, so couples 'lose' money if they get married. Single women with children get very significant government benefits regardless of the circumstances, especially in certain states. Not saying that's right or wrong, just saying.
I bet many people, young and old want no part of the possibility of becoming a part of the divorce industry, and make no mistake it is indeed a growth industry for lawyers and government agencies.
That said, pu$$i3s who won't support their kids are largely responsible. From personal experience, it takes some starch to rise above the ugliness of a divorce and do what is right. Many can't, or won't put their children above the emotional and financial storm, and follow through on their obligation to support them.
I'll be long dead by then, but my prediction is the marriage institution will statistically either fade away, or mostly be used by same sex couples.
Back to the original question, anybody know if you can purchase investments or “buy” cash to hide using a crefit card? I am asking my lawyer to see if he can get some of the statements.
I'm still going to suggest you cut your losses and head to Bali.
But if you insist on staying, spending more with a lawyer, etc.
Here's what any truly responsible sneaky ex-wife would do ...

Cash advances?
Sounds like she has a new expensive hobby. But since she's paying it off every month, I'm not sure I understand why it would affect your alimony.
