Just checking to see if anyone has been over to Sampson or Rowell lately. I fished it pre Irma and Sampson was choked with Hydrilla and couldn't get over to Rowell. Just wondering what the lake condition was now. Thanks for any input.

I’d like to hear the same info! I heard the ramp was closed after Irma due to lake levels being high. Anyone?
I went there several weeks back and the landing was fine. Lots of dead hydrilla in the middle, to the left of the landing. Don't think it's been sprayed, probably dead from the cold weather we've had. Be careful at the mouth of creek though. Irma must have moved some sand around because it's extremely shallow and the passagway through there with deep enough water is very narrow.
