My boat absolutely sux with a fury prop. I just upgraded to a 36 volt TM. So now i have 3 27 series batteries plus weight of the Ultrx. So i may have to drop down to a 24 pitch prop

Most 19TRX's run between 70-72mph, a few run faster light.

Most 19TRX's with a Mercury 225Proxs run between 70-72mph. It is a big 19 footer, and rides like a dream. I sell several of them, and everyone loves the boat.

I need to figure some stuff out on mine then..I have barely touched 70 a handful of times by myself. Usually about 66 is where I end up.

Start by raising the engine on the jack plate in .25" increments. Be sure to watch your water pressure.

I have a hydraulic plate, I have messed with it a little bit and it doesn't seem to do a whole lot. I do start to loose speed a little bit if I get into the "4" ish range
