Cleaned up all the wiring and installed new switches. Any clue what this is? I am assuming it's either a timer for the livewell or a part of the Lowrance flasher I removed.

I just realized that I am about 99% sure that large hole and two smaller holes were from the sensitivity face plate and knob I removed.
I'm pretty sure the Brown wire goes to a pump. Black is ground and Orange is switched 12v.

Thanks y'all, it does seem to head back to the livewell switch which is aerate/off/fill. Fill works, but I have not really tested aerate but I don't see or notice anything.
What year model? The bottom of that plate with the breakers looks like the 90 model I had.

Yep my 1989 has the same switch panel with all the breaks on the bottom like that, i have had to replace a couple breakers and there is a number on the breaker and you can still get them.

That's an old school livewell timer board. You can replace that real easy with fixed time timer. They work great and are on Ebay for $35:
