    Anyone with powerploes on a 482 or Z6 ?

One of our members with a 482 is looking to add powerploes to his 482.
Looking for info on what brackets or any install advice you may have.
He does not have a jackplate at this time but is looking to add one if need be.
I had issues adding a plate without going to hydraulic steering on my 482.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have a 08 z6 that I added a power pole to a few years ago. I went with a bracket and spacer between the transom and motor mount. Used my a fork lift with a bobs lift ring. Install took a couple hours and it was done.

Donato, Can you provide exact details on the parts you used. I have an '07 482 and am going through the process of ordering what I need. The transom is unique as you know so I want to be sure. I am looking at the M to S brackets (
    PKD-MtoS-plt-BK)
, and then using part "Dual Kit S-2-2". The website recommends the longer "M-5-6" but I don't think I want/need the 6" rise, and I really don't want the mounts way out towards the outside of the boat. Can you provide pics and details? This would be a huge help.

    Thanks!

It's been so long now I don't remember the parts I used. If you call Rich from hydrilla gear and explain what you have he'll be able to set you up with the right stuff. That's how I bought my pole from. If you don't get the answers you need from him let me know and ill try to dig through and find receipts.

I'd love to see a pic of your 482 when you get pole put on.

Donato, I won't trouble you with the receipts just yet, but thank you. Do you have any pictures? I might be able to tell how you set it up.
