    My wife would say that's still mooooooooving.

    I buy a prime cut (not choice) every Christmas, about 12~14 pounds and do it. Last year I did it on Kamado Joe and it was SCHWEEEET! Year before I did it on a smoker, and before that on the big monster gas grill on the rotisserie
    (with charcoal & chips for flavor)
    . Only thing about the rotisserie is the rod convection of heat through the meat made it cook differently.

    Rest of the year though, choice works for just the two of us.

    That reminds me.... there's a whole fillet in the fridge downstairs!
