    2016 Pro XS 250

My Opti proxs 250 has a bout 200 hours on it . It seems as though it doesn't want to go past 47 -48 mph . (4,800 rpm's ). Just replaced the fuel filter a week ago and it seemed to fix it for a few days now it did it to me again . Any thoughts on the problem?
