    HELIX 7 DI ...

Does the Helix 7 DI (in any Gen or software version) have "DI + 83/200" choice in the "Connected Transducer" Menu to be compatible with the XTM 9 WIDE DI 20 T ...??

The G2 specs show it does, you can check the other versions:

Thanks Wayne but I'm reluctant to use the website specs for a definitive confirmation ...

I'm hoping someone has that specific unit to verify if the "DI + 83/200" is listed in the unit Menu ...

I don't believe your unit supports 83 khz even if the transducer does. I've got a brand new gps di unit I'm thinking about getting rid of just because of that. What does the wide do for the other frequencies? Maybe I just want a transducer upgrade?

The XTM 9 WIDE DI 20 T is tuned for 83/200 kHz 2D sonar. It is not an "upgrade" from either the XTM 9 DI 25 T or XNT 9 DI T which are tuned for 200/455 kHz 2D sonar, just a different frequency.

Thanks, does it make the helix 7 di show a 60 degree coverage in 83khz on the screen?

Spec coverage for Humminbird's with 83/200 kHz is 60/20 degrees.
Default spec coverage for Humminbird DI units is 200/455 kHz with 28/16 degrees. IF the DI unit is not the new MEGA DI model in H9, H10, and H12.
