The warning buzzer used to chirp when I turned the ignition "On". I unplugged the buzzer and tested it by connecting red lead to positive/black lead to negative sides of fuse terminal. When I test it this way, the warning buzzer makes a very slight chip sound(barely audible). Does anyone know the replacement part number? It's a red buzzer with 2 leads.

That isn't a BRP style horn, That is a boat manufacturer's horn Stratos and Javelin used that style. A BRP alarm uses three wires purple, black part of horn and tan actual alarm wiring. Do you have a system check tach or gauge? If so do the LED's cycle?
Yes, I have a system check tach, and the LEDs do cycle correctly when turning the ignition on.
Like I said that isn't an Evinrude part it is a boat manufacturers part.

That is a Pizeo alarm and should have a part number printed on it, those alarms have a high failure rate and in my opinion should be replaced with the BRP part. Part # 0176360
