2018 Talon foot remote sync

Directions say when holding the up button on the talon you should get a solid beep and when the remote syncs to it will make 3 short beeps. Neither talon when while holding the up button does not give me any sound; therefore it will not let me sync the foot remote, any ideas?

Did they release the bluetooth foot control?

The old foot control will not work on 18 talons.

BT remote to be released early March. sounds like he has the wrong footswitch

I learned the hard way also. I bought a foot switch and of course it wont work.

The new BT is out, got mine from Rich at Hydrilla Gear last week. I followed the directions that came with the foot switch and paired to my 12 ft Talons.

I’ve got the new talon Bluetooth foot switch and Bluetooth talons but for some reason the foot switch doesn’t want to pair. I hold the up and down arrows on the talon to set up like usual then on the foot switch and nothing. Can someone explain what’s going wrong?

I think you have to start with the foot switch then to the talons if I recall

I programmed mine last and used the same method as the remotes. I did reset my Talons first.

Just hold up/down on talon and then up/down on footswitch and they should pair.
