Question on Under Spin Rigging

I have been Texas rigging small swimbaits in the winter and fishing on bottom and thru somewhat heavy enough cover an exposed hook wouldn't last. I would like to do the same thing but with a under spin but I haven't seen any that looks like you could rig the bait weedless. I mainly use a 4" Keitech paddle tail. Does anyone know a way do do this.
