1992 190 DC PARTS

I am looking for replacement switch plates for the bow and console. I’d also like some recommendations on what to do with the instrument panel on the console? I’d like to restore or replace if possible but don’t want to break the bank. Does anybody have experience with either of these? Thank you in advance.
