My go to tube is a chomper tube. Has a very strong garlic smell, and are pretty durable. By far to me my favorite tube. I'm sure you will get other suggestions and I'm all ears.

I really like the 3.5" double dipped tubes from Dry Creek Outfitters. Some really great colors.

Me too. For open water smallmouth fishing, I still use Gitzit tubes.

Those ribs can be the key to triggering some extra bites.

give snack daddy lures elite tubes a try. really soft and come in two different sizes, the baby elite and the regular elite, they have every color you could imagine and you can order them in 50 packs. every tube is handmade from a small family owned company in Michigan.

I make my own now, but i always likes cabin creek or bps tender tubes for sunny days in clear water when they're shallow in the brush. At night i like either a green pumpkin or junebug 4 incher ( preferably a magnum flipping tube) with a little bit of chartreuse dye on the tails & either one of the old round bps magnum tube rattles or i just attach a jig rattle with the mickey mouse collar to the hook. I love fishing tubes for smallmouth at night.

For Largemouth I used the 5" Grandes by Mizmo. Durable, great action and huge variety of colors. They were among the pioneers of the original tube baits. Still some of the best around IMO. I use other brands for smallmouth in all honesty. But when it comes to texas rigging, their 5" tube is hard to beat.

+1 on the Yum Vibra King tube (4 1/4 inch size). They are very durable because of the solid head and I don't have many issues with them balling up on the hook.

These no name ribbed tubes from LurePartsOnline ... pretty much the only tube I've used for about 8 seasons now. Cheap (as low as $2.69 a 10 pack) and they catch fish. Why complicate things ?

Lake Fork craw tubes for me. I stuff a half inch or so piece of stick worm up I'm the nose to add a little more solid area to it. Rig it in a 4/0 ewg gammy and a tungsten flippin weight in front quarter oz to half is depending on depth, cover and rate of fall they're liking that day. Green pumpkin with chartreuse dipped tails is a good catcher for me. I fish it on a powell max 734 with a curado I hg on 50lb braid with a 15lb fluro leader
