Question Phoenix 819 Pro prop question

Have a 2018 Phoenix 819 Pro Mercury 200 optimax pro xs running a 24p fury. Looking at a bravo 1 xs to get more bow lift at mid range for rough water. Has any body run a bravo 1 xs on a 819 if so prop pitch and info?

Generally 4 blades give you less bow lift than 3 blades. I run a 24 Fury and get plenty of bow lift. Have you played with the jackplate? I have a hydraulic jp and can dial it in for any speed.

I have your identical boat, '18 819 with the same 24p prop. My PTP is 3" (manual plate) and I get good bow lift. Phoenix doesn't need to run as high as others to get speed. I've found my fastest runs are when I trim all the way up and then start bumping it down slightly.. Settles in and goes.

As far as rough water goes, I've been able to trim up and be fine in those conditions. I've seen 4-5 ft waves, about as big as I run though..

You could get the prop worked, maybe cupped some to add lift.

I'm with Dmart1.....have the 619 w/24 Fury......before i got cup added to blades, it would quite trimming at about 2.1 on the MercMonitor......added cup and it now gets up to 2.4 BUT with that it starts slowing down on speed, so i'll bump it down to the sweet spot about 2.2/2.3 and let it rip.....for the record, i have not experimented with other props.....
