topeka boat show

Went to the boat show in Topeka today - about three booths with anything fishing related - BUT you can get your face painted, or a new remodel for your house, or a new bathroom, or glue, or get investment advise. I know it's the first day - but this is the last time I'll there. And, you go in, get your tickets and then when you get to the entrance, they have a big table with "dollar off coupons" to get in there.

Honestly, Alber's show in little Pittsburg, Ks. is better than the Topeka show. And catching the KC show.

It's the same crap every year at the KC show and Topeka Show. Years ago I did order a new Champion boat at the KC show tho. I haven't been to one in years and have no reason to go anymore. Used to be able to find some baits and lead heads cheap tho.

Topeka's show is a turd; I went years ago, took me about 20 minutes to see everything. Sounds like it hasn't gotten any better.
