What might be the goods and bads?

The "goods": They are one of the best designed fish & ski boats ever made. Long front deck with 7 ft + rod boxes. A good riding and performing bass boat hull. The "bads": It's an old boat with a wood core transom. The passenger area is small compared to most other 20 ft fish & ski boats.
