    640 LX history

    What do you guys know about this model? A buddy of mine is looking at one with a 90 on it, all original per the owner, but he says it’s a ‘96 and from what I can find the ‘96 boats were 160TF models. If you can point me towards some good info I’d appreciate it....

    ​I had one for 3 or 4 years..Good boat mine had a 60HP on it...good boat for the bucks.

    I believe the first year was 1997 for the 640s and they stopped in 2008 to the Z6. It is very likely that it might have a 96 motor on it though. Tracker 90s are pretty strong for that boat and the highest recommended hp rating. I have a 75hp motor on mine.

    Got a 2000 year/model 640lx,Low price nice boat,Had mine probably 10 years I think,Good luck
