04' Mercury 150 hp Prop Question

I have a 90' Ranger 361V bass boat with a 04' 150 HP Mercury Optimax.which 3 and 4 blade SS prop would get me the best performance? Prop brand & dia & pitch please.
I bought this motor without a prop. It has a 4.25" gear case.

That motor should have a 4.75" large gear case. If it actually is a small case run a 23" trophy four blade or a small tube laser II and if it is large case 23" tempest.

You bring up a point i"m not sure of the case size now i thought it was 4.25" but i can't check till spring it is stored.
If it is a 4.75" case is the 23"P Tempest a 4 blade and what Dia is it?

The tempest is a three blade and runs well on that model Ranger better than a four blade.
