Getting waypoints from SD card to my Garmin 50DV/did work for my 73DV and 840XS

I was able to down load 250 waypoints from my Garmin Venture (handheld) to my computer and homeport. I then copies to sd card and then put them on my 73DV and 840XS. I tried the same with the 50DV and it will not do, what am I doing wrong. I tried to see what I can change for it to accept the GPX. files. Appreciate any tips or suggestions to solve this issue. I want to keep this unit at the bow.

Not sure if the 50dv is .gpx compatible or not. But, simply save your wpts from HomePort straight into the proprietary .adm format.

I was instructed by Todd, to copy the waypoints and then put in my sd card and drag them to the card, then after they are copied right click and one of the choices would be adm. All went well and the 250 plus are now on my 50DV
