    line Recommendations ?

After several years of using braid on my spinning reels with floro leaders, I've decided to just go back to non braided line. Any recommendations to go along with various lures appreciated. The only line I'm planning on keeping is some 20 braid on a Pflueger President I use for tossing a wacky rigged stick bait. So any thoughts or recommendations appreciated. Thanks in advance guys/gals.

I just ordered some Trilene 100% fluoro XL. It’s supposed to be designed for spinning reels. I’ll see how it works and try to report back. However, I’ve been using Vanish fluoro for years with no problems. I know a lot of folks dog this line, but it’s been great for me. No blowups and no break-offs.

I use Seaguar invizx on my spinning reels with good success. Gets a little memory after being on the reel a long time. But I really like it.

Either Izorline Platinum or XXX. The XXX lays on a spinning reel spool a little better than Platinum.

I would not do it for all the tea in China. I like Nanofil and fluro leader.

Another vote for Trilene. I try to find it on sale most of the time but if I really need some that is what I will buy, on sale or not. It has worked for me for the 40+ years I have been fishing on my own. I am 1/2 and 1/2 braid to mono or 'other' on the main spool, spinning or casting. I usually use the last of a spool of 4 to 20 pound for leader depending on what I am doing.

I wouldn't do it! Maybe try a good copolymer on one outfit and remind yourself how well braid really works? I recall liking McCoy's or Pradco's Excalibur on spinning reels. TW has both brands. I might consider braid with copolymer leader.
