Did you try lowering the tent poles, especially the front one to give you some more slack? I went from a Fortrex to an Ultrex, and adjusted the poles to make it work, although it is definitely a tighter fit than before. The X5 is lower than a Fortrex though, and I don't know if that adjustment will be enough for you.
If not, then any good local canvas shop should be able to release it around the troller for you, an easy and inexpensive fix. Optionally, you could send it to Aurora to be done. In any case, no need for a new cover if yours is still good.

Aurora did mine last year when I got the Ultrex. Sent it to them in a moving box from Home Depot. Can't remember what they charged, but they did a good job. I got the TM pretty early on, so I'm sure they probably have some good practice at altering them by now.
