Is the fizzing thing hard to do and not harm the fish.
No not hard at all. You need a needle attached to a syringe. I do it through the mouth. Much easier for me than through the side. Right above the opening to the stomach you will see a round area of skin. Push the needle in the middle of this area until you hear or feel a small pop. You are entering the air bladder. The air will release within 30 seconds.

Awesome congrats
Good job!
dang good catch, how deep do fish come from before they need to be fizzed. Wonder it their bladders can heal so they can suspend? I catch spotted bass form 30ft on Norman and don't have to be fizzed unless I hold then in the livewell in summer months

These are 20' - 30' deep. If they can't stay up right in the livewell then they need to be fizzed. Most will actually turn up side down in the livewell or you will see them try to dive when released and float back to the surface.
