Ethernet ?

Is Ethernet just “plug and play”? I’ve got a helix 10 g2n and a helix 12 gen1. I know the limited image sharing due to mega but I updated both units and they don’t show up under the accessory tabs.
I also noticed now the gps selection (internal vs external) is a selection on the menu where as previously I selected that under the accessories tab also.
Im gonna pull it out of the garage tomorrow to get gps signal to see if waypoints are showing up.

Network Menu is where you select the data sources.

It is a separate tab on the main menu. It is to the right of the Accessories tab.

That’s what I thought. It’s not there since restored defaults and updated. When I plugged both back in the tab did not show back up.

Did you restore defaults after the update?

Have you started the units up twice since you connected them with the Ethernet cable?

Restored before update. And I think only started once

Wayne, I unplugged and restarted again and they finally connected, guess I was patient enough. Thanks for all your help.
