    Nolin or Rough

Plans keep changing from going to Dale or Cumberland for a few days to Nolin or Rough for a few hours. Anybody know the conditions of these two smaller lakes?

Don't think that is an option.

Rough is super low. Last Sunday it was iced up from dam up past North Fork ramp area. I'd say it's clear of ice by now but I've never been a huge fan of Rough this early in the year. Nolin gets my vote.

You can put in at Wax, but you have to be VERY careful until you get past the bridge. I'd recommend Moutardier
