    non dilutive cash payments?

Shares of ALBO had a nice pop over the last few days. The news said the company is receiving more than 55 million in non dilutive cash payments. I googled that term and am still not sure what a non dilutive cash payment is all about. Can anyone give this simpleton a good answer? Thanks for what you know.

They have a license or partner agreement with another company. When they reach a milestone, might be a drug usage milestone or a clinical trial milestone, or other, the partner gives ALBO an amount of money. Non dilutive, means there were no shares sold for the money. Another way to look at it, is that there were no shares added to the share count. Typically a good thing.
