I wasn't gonna post here til I hit my first goal, but today marked a small milestone in my journey to a healthier me. It has been 12 weeks today since I've had a soda. Not just soda, but any sugary soft drink. When I need a bubbly beverage to curb the cravings, I have a sparkling water.
I started out at 372#. My initial goal is to lose 10%. As of right now, I'm down 24#, just from cutting out the soda!
