    Very true..... I don't lift heavy..... just push myself to make sure I'm getting the most benefit from the weights I'm lifting.

    Dropping the weight first, then building up. Got the weight down (over 50 pounds last year, only 25 to go to hit my target) and have started with the exercise stuff to get fit. Walking, ice skating/hockey, and riding the bicycle. At work I park at the back of the lot for the longest walk possible and I take the stairs up 5 floors every morning and at lunch to get to my desk. I've also switched to a varidesk and alternate between standing and sitting.
