Curious how much everyone drinks? I have always drank a large amount of water but since I been on this diet and hitting the gym I have been trying to drink a gallon a day. Some days I get it done, some days I don’t. I work with a guy who drinks 6-8 dr. Peppers a day and absolutely no water. Will go days and days without any.
I'll go days without drinking water. Besides a few sips here and there.

I drink 2-4 cups coffee in the morning, 1 glass of tea on Sunday and the rest is water. I have no idea how much though.

I'd say about 3/4 of a gallon of straight water. I drink a Monster for breakfast and water all day long. Maybe a beer or two in the evening. So in all probably a gallon. There is water in everything.

Same here plus 2 or 3 cups of coffee and a glass of milk.
Big 20oz bottle as soon as I get up. That's pretty much it. Gotta have some flavor in my liquids after that. Drink a lot of PowerAde Zero and usually 1-2 beers a day.

Not as much this time of year, but in the summer..by the gallon. The lack of hydration in the hot summertime is your biggest enemy. It leads to fatigue and exhaustion,,,much quicker than one would think.

The marine corps taught me that if your piss isn't clear then you are wrong. That has stuck with me ever since I got out in 2005. I'd say I drink a gallon or more a day.
Normally 2-3 16.9 oz bottles and a cup or two of coffee and 2 or 3 big glasses of tea.

I don't drink enough water. You can buy cases of water nowadays for 5 for $10. I was joking when I said I was going to move the end table and just stack 3 cases of water next to my couch seat so I drink more water.
