    2012 211 mercmonitor question

    I don't have a monitor currently. Picked up a shift unit reasonable and it came with a 3foot cable with a bunch of wires hanging off. Do I need a long cable to get from the motor or is there connections under the dash to tie in like from the system's guage

    20' CAN harness with resistor at each end.
    Harness assembly 84-879982T20
    Call Mercury to make sure.
