    Alpha 191

Does anyone run one of these? Picked up 2018 catalog at boat show but can't find any dealer that has one.

I have a basically brand new one that I’m selling. 2017 model with less than 10 hours.

Won't find any alphas in showrooms. They have dropped the alphas as part of cost cutting since they haven't built many since the V series was introduced. This came straight from Pete@legend on thursday when I spoke to him.

Guess that’s one way to keep the brand only carry one model maybe 2. Some dealers will purchase otherwise complete custom order

Hokie is correct, at the 11th hour they decided not to kill the brand and are only producing V20 models for 2018.

I have a 2012 191 and it’s been a good boat. Was ready to upgrade...211R is what I was thinking before the sale etc. didn’t know they were just building V20’s. Durn it!

They say it's part of cost cutting but I don't understand it. They already have the molds, they build per order so they don't have alot of extra stock laying around unsold. How exactly does it cut costs?

No idea and I agree the 211 is a fantastic boat just not a wide body.

Someone said they only built one 199 and no 191's in the last 6 months, all the demand has been for the V20. Doesn't sound like they are making V21's anymore either.

Was only told V series was going to continue production. Didn't specify if it were both models

And yeah Pete told me that about the 191 sales. I thought they built a decent amount of 211's tho.
