Sneak something that looked like a bomb through security at an airport. While filming it.
Presumably so they could show the world, and those who want to infiltrate our planes again, just how they got away with it.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I hope the courts make an example of these individuals as well as the company that employs them.

Just look at the number of people caught with loaded pistols trying to get thru security.

You'd be surprised how often things like that get through. I used to work for one of the big 3 airlines and we had to test the security checkpoint twice per day with fake bombs, fake guns, opaque objects, etc and they failed and failed miserably several times per week.

I’ve got a TSA approved Leatherman and every time I fly I’m hauled off for the full bag search and, sometimes, the “inquisition” with a stern looking Buella Ballbreaker type TSA official.
Nothing surprises me anymore. I hope the younger generation survives.
This activity was total BS and I hope they do give them the time to think about their actions. Also, surprised they actually caught them, good for TSA.
