I have it on my RT188 and love it for spider rigging for Crappie. While fishing with an older buddy with bad knees we use the two seats up front for dipping/single pole fishing for Crappie. Much better than the double seat stands that end up having tubes between the seat post that can easily be tripped over.

I was going to have them added, but my wife said she likes her space on the back desk.

No we did not opt for it.

We don't set in one spot much and I didn't want to have the inconvenience of having to step on the humps all the time.

Floor model boat for me too. If I had ordered a boat I would also have gotten the extra bases. I do some crappie fishing and we occasionally spider rig or single pole off the front of the boat. Since I fish a alone most of the time I just bought one of the removable double seat mounts.

I added that option when I ordered my boat . I do a little spider rigging every now and then . It wasn't expensive to add it in the package .

    It's all good !

when spider rigging. Are you using Driftmaster or Beereadys for rod holders?

Get some HI-TECs. Great holder and not bulky like the others. And cheaper too I think.

I use a tite lok black widow rod holder with 4 = rod holders . I have the base screwed next to the recessed TM tray and the top is removable when not in use . 4 = 12 ft rods with multiple jigs or hooks is about all I can keep up with .

    It's all good !

I install beereadys on boats for trolling but will look into the others. They are pricey for a set of 2 Four pole holders. We loaded up this winter trolling. I have been setting Pontoons up for trolling. Works great with low winds.
