Is this Wiggle Wart Pre-Rapala?

Pictured are two Wiggle Warts in Phantom Craw. The top lures is Pre-Rapala. The bottom lure does not have any writing on the bill. Is this bottom lure Pre-Rapala? Also can you tell by the rattle? As the rattle in the bottom lures looks to be of a different metal. Thanks for any assistance.

I think you are, bottom ones looks new to me, slightly darker and the orange dots are lighter.

I have one that is labeled Wiggle Wart under bill. Does that make it pre-rapala?

The duller finish, different colored dots, and the eyes are what tells me it's post rap
