    Freezing septic sprinkler lines?

This my 2nd winter with a septic system and certainly the coldest weather it's seen. I'm sure the sprinkler lines are going to freeze and just wondering if I should shut it off til we get above freezing or leave it alone.

No drain on them. Leave all valves open.

I don’t think aerobic is a closed system so I doubt they will be damaged. As it freezes I assume water could be pushed out of the sprinkler heads. Until they freeze anyway.

I was outside earlier when the sprinkler kicked in and heard it crack when the sprinkler head popped up. It looks like it was just ice cracking that had formed on the head.

Man I'm glad I don't have aerobic system anymore, had to have one in Waxahachie even though I lived on 2.5 acres. Hated that thing, and the politics behind them.
