I haven't gone into a super autopsy but the lip angle and shape is slightly different between the 2. I noticed the geometry of the bill where it attaches to the body was different.

Flash pointer will slow fall despite what LC says in their description. It’s absolutely my goto JB 100 especially in cold water.

Slender pointer is more square, while the flash pointer is more triangular (narrow belly, wider top). Bills and line ties in slightly different places, flash pointer is a slow sink while the slender pointer suspends. Slender pointer suspends level, flash pointer is nose down.
