I went from number 7 in line to 4 in line in 30 minutes.
Mondays are their busiest day of the week.
I have been on hold for a while with them but when they get on the line they take their time with me and don't rush me off so they can get to the next caller. I applaud their customer service and Mondays are always the busiest times for any customer service when they are closed on the weekend. I'd say call back tomorrow when you have time.
