Solix Update 3.110 and Base Map

Is that transducer only 2d and di? Or does it include si? I assume its only 2d and di.

gonna test these. so happy they finally made a low q real chirp transducer. problem is i cant find them

Sorry, this goes a bit out of the topic. Just one question more. If I got only one solix, is there a way to get any benefit of that new transducer? I'm not willing to give up si, but i would love to get low q chirp and mega di.

For those of us in Australia ,which dont benifit at all from groovy Humminbird Lake maps etc
what benefits are we seeing from this software update?

Just an FYI. When you get ready to install the base map update you better pack a lunch. It’s comical how long these updates take

I was actually surprised how quick the 3.11 update went. Less than 10 minutes. Not even gonna bother with the basemap

I powered off during the baseman update after about 30 minutes sitting at 0%

Mine did the same thing. I was concerned I would brick it during the powerdown.

Did you use the right side card slot? I did. Supposed to work but you have to use the left card slot.

Software version 3.040 was added to the zip file for Solix this morning.

So when the 3.110 zip file is downloaded you will have both in the file.

just remember once you update to 3.110 you can't go backwards

It does work with the left card slot. I used the right side and had the same issue. Up dated both units and it does not take long.

I had to reload the update to the card for some reason but the left slot took it.

Onix has top and bottom slot ?
