Anybody still running oil injection on early Vmax series motors?

I just bought my boat with a 98 vmax 150 on it in very good shape. Just wondering if I should trust the oil injection unit on it, or remove it? I'm not sure how many hours are on it but any advice would be appreciated thanks!

I'm running an 04 250 vmax with oil injection.
I change the on board oil injection tank filter every three years and clean the tank.
Some people remove it and others like myself use it.

One of the most reliable systems out there. Service the filter check the adjustment and run it!

I've already replaced the filter and cleaned the tank. How can I check the adjustment? Thanks

Just traded my 99 ZX 185 that had a 99 Vmax 150. Bought it new in 99 and it was running as good or better than when it was new. Never had a problem with the oil injection or the motor ever.

My 2000 vmax 150 has it on it. Uses less oil. It will let you know if it's not getting oil.
