    75 optima flash complete

Should have done this before now. I own a 2012 Bass Tracker 175TXW with a 2012 75 mercury optimax. Had the ECU flashed and running a new Laser II 24 pitch prop with the engine in the factory setup. Boat ran avg 50.6 on the gps @ 5900 RPM. No jackplate yet but I am happy with the out of the box performance for now.

I agree there may be some speed gain with the jackplate. I am gonna install a Vance 6" but for now I just wanted to get a baseline to go by.

My prop slip is 12% with this setup. Before the upgrade with the stock setup, my prop slip was 9%. I am thinking that these are good numbers for a start. What number on the prop slip should I be looking for at being the best or most efficient?
