    Need any input on this lure "The Wind up Plug"

    This lure was given to me back around the mid-late 70's by an elderly gentleman that lived next door to my uncle on Beach Creek at Guntersville. I have never put it in the water and was just
    wanting some info on it. Does it have any value or not. Any help appreciated
