Lithium battery. They are supposed to last for many years. A 16" screen will be out I'd date in 6 months or a year. Besides in my opinion, a 16" screen is silly.

You can get a 4 battery set of lithium’s for a good bit cheaper than a 16 inch screen.

    Lithium.

Get the new lowrance hook series got side imaging sonar down. If your smart enough to read side and sonar. That’s all you need.

    Lithium for sure.

I coangled in a bass boat that had a 16" screen and it was very big. I thought it was way more than is necessary. To me, a 12" is plenty big enough.

You want to look at the power consumption of a 16" graph. The bigger the screen the quicker it will draw down your battery.

I don't know what brand you are considering but I would not be surprised if you could almost get two 12" units for the price of one 16" unit.

Batteries, I have a 16 inch and don’t use it as it’s too big, for a bass boat that is!

If your running a Raymarine I will sell you my e165 for 2500.00

Already have lithiums....have had them for 5+ years.

I am putting a Solix 15 in dash. But I am doing away with a Hds 10 and 8 at the console.

Actually cutting down on power draw...I think😄

I'd take the lithiums. I'm perfectly happy with the sonar units I already have.

I hate to hear stories like this. It took me 7 days to get my Battle Born's, and they came across the country. I wish your best friend the best sir..

Ok fellas, I talked with joe and got it straight. The order was made through stealth 1. Brian was told by them the charger would come from them and the batteries were coming from Litium Pro but would have a different sticker on them. Today is exactly 6 weeks to the day of order and no word via email or returned calls after four voicemails have been made. His CC has been charged for nearly 5,000$ and no product. So I apologize to Joe and LP as they have nothing to do with the original order and Brian is getting in touch with joe today about purchasing from him if the CC company reversed the charges from stealth one.
