mounting ideas for the power pole big foot buttons?

I step all over the front of my boat when fishing. as of now i'm gonna put them on the left the troll motor tray as close to the front as possible. Just wondering where most of you are mounting them.

Right side for me, no real reason other than my right foot can tap better than my left,,,

I staggered mine to the right side of the bow just felt more natural. I run a hand control T motor and like to stand all day. For me the comfort comes right footed. Generally when I parallel a bank or grass line I like to set the hook away from the grass, Stand a little to the right side of the boat and can tap the buttons with my left foot. Spend some time paying close attention to how your fishing, You probably do favor a side just never picked up on it .

Not to hijack but I still have not mounted mine. I know I want them left of tray but don't want to drill holes. I didn't want them in the way of where I enter/exit the boat. I have been experimenting with different mounts. I may have to break down and screw them in.

I put mine on a small piece of aluminum so I could move them around to see where they would better suit me before I dill holes. Just remember to store it before you take off or trailer.
